1. General Terms
1.1 Axis Hub CIC provides services, including event space rental, coaching, and workshops.
1.2 By making a booking or purchase through our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1.3 Axis Hub CIC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

2. Bookings and Payments
2.1 All bookings require full payment as per the fee structure detailed on our website or in the booking confirmation.
2.2 Payments must be made through the methods specified at checkout.
2.3 Bookings will not be confirmed until payment is received in full.
2.4 For event space rentals, additional fees may apply for overtime usage or damages caused during your booking. These will be outlined in the rental agreement.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Statutory Right of Cancellation
- Customers have the right to cancel their booking within 14 days of confirmation unless the booking falls within the exceptions detailed below.
3.2 Exceptions to Cancellation
- Bookings starting within 14 days of confirmation: By booking, you agree that the services begin within the statutory cancellation period, waiving your right to cancel.
- Leisure events: Bookings for specific events, such as weddings or parties, cannot be cancelled.
3.3 Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days, excluding fees for services already rendered.
4. Space Rental
4.1 The Customer is responsible for adhering to the rules specified in the rental agreement, including usage limits, permitted activities, and any necessary permissions for alterations.
4.2 Customers must ensure the space is left in the same condition as it was at the start of the booking.
5. Liability
5.1 Axis Hub CIC is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill.
- Damages caused by the Customer’s negligence or failure to follow the rules.
5.2 Axis Hub CIC will ensure that spaces are safe and compliant with relevant laws before the start of any booking.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 Axis Hub CIC complies with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
6.2 Personal data collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Communication

7.2 Notices regarding bookings, cancellations, or disputes must be submitted in writing via email or postal mail.
8. Force Majeure

9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
