What types of events can I use the rooms for?
Ou rooms are versatile and can accomodate a range of activities, including dance and drama classes, training sessions, group meetings, band rehearsals self-tape recordings, and creative workshops. If you're unsure whether your event is suitable, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to help.
How much does it cost to hire a room?
Both the Community Studio and the Dance Studio cost £12 per hour to hire. Tea and coffee are available for £1 per person for unlimited servings. Please note that we do not offer half-day or day rates - bookings are charged by the hour.
What equipment is included with the room hire?
Both rooms include Wi-Fi and essential equipment. The Community Studio also comes with a presentation screen, whiteboards, and flip charts, while the Dance Studio features a professional harlequin floor, perfect for dance or drama rehearsals.
Can I book a room for recurring events?
Yes! We're happy to accommodate recurring bookings. Let us know your schedule, and we can set up a tailored plan for you.
How do I book a room?
Each room has its own online booking calendar. Simply click the booking link for your desired room (Community Studio or Dance Studio), choose your preferred date and time, and complete the booking process.
If you have any issues, you can contact us directly.
Can I view the rooms before booking?
Yes! We have a virtual Google tour available for both rooms, soy can explore the spaces online. If you'd prefer to see them in person, just get in touch, and we'll arrange a time for a visit.
Is there parking available?
Parking is available at local council car parks around Kettering town centre.
Do you provide catering or refreshments?
Tea and coffee are available for £1 per person for unlimited servings. For additional catering options, we can provide lunches or evening food priced per person - please contact us to discuss your requirements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Full refund for cancellations made with more than one month's notice.
50% refundable for cancellations made between one month and two weeks before the booking.
25% refundable for cancellations made between two weeks and one week before the booking.
No refund for cancellations made with less than one week's notice.
Do you offer discounts for community groups or charities?
At this time, we are unable to offer discounts for community groups or charities. However, we are committed to supporting community initiatives in other ways - please get in touch to discuss your needs.
Can I rearrange the furniture in the Community Studio?
Yes! Let us know your setup requirements at the time of booking, and we'll do our best to arrange the room to suit your needs.
Is the Dance Studio suitable for filming?
Absolutely. The Dance Studio is perfect for self-tape auditions or other creative filming projects.
