What We Do
We set up BHVA Axis Hub CIC to provide a sanctuary on the High Street - a heart for the community - with a passion for using the arts and creativity to overcome barriers.
Our Mission
BHVA Axis Hub CIC will celebrate the diversity of businesses, individuals and communities, regardless of background, education or social standing.
The hub will support the growth of skills, passions and talents by fostering and nurturing collaboration and innovation.
We will bring the community together, enabling social cohesion to flourish by providing a location for businesses and services to unite in a non-corporate setting.
“It’s about giving all shapes, sizes, ages, races, disabilities and people who just think they cannot reach what they want because they simply think they just are ‘too old’ or ‘not the right size’ etc to be able to do what they want – but with the teachers here providing the support and the sessions for everyone helps them express themselves in the creative way which they most likely did not know they had and helps them become motivated because WE know they CAN do it!.”
— Jade R, Kickstart employee at BHVA Axis Hub
